The Town of Stowe, Vermont is requesting proposals for maintenance of the HVAC and mechanical systems at the Stowe Emergency Services Facility for one year. Proposals shall include a maintenance agreement that outlines the cost, list of services provided and the frequency they will be provided. A list of three client references shall also be included in the proposal. The references should be from clients that have similar systems and service requirements. A brief description of the mechanical system is available by contacting Charles Safford, Town Manager, at csafford@townofstowevermont.org or at the Town’s website www.townofstowevt.org.
Proposals are due at the Stowe Town Manager’s Office, 67 Main Street, P.O. Box 730, Stowe, VT 05672 no later than March 17, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
The Town of Stowe reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
