TOWN OF STOWE

AGENDA 

A regular meeting of the Stowe Planning Commission will be held Monday, January 30^th in Memorial Hall of the Akeley Memorial Building, 67 Main St.  The following will take place as well as any unfinished business, which may be properly before the Commission:

6:00 PM:         Review and approve minutes from the January 3^rd meeting.

6:05 PM:         Receive input and discuss the possibility of regulating the location of medical marijuana dispensaries.

6:30 PM:         Review and discuss possible  revisions to the Stowe Zoning Regulations, including: allowing drive-through’s for banks; lessening or waiving the setback requirements for gas station canopies for existing gas stations; reducing the density requirements for duplexes; and possible revisions to the Meadowland Overlay District.

7:30 PM:         Adjourn
