A meeting of the Stowe Historic Preservation Commission (SHPC) was held on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in the Akeley Memorial Building starting at approximately 5:30 pm.
Members Present: Sam Scofield, Chair, Chris Carey, Cindy McKechnie, Tim Meehan, and Gordon Dixon

Staff Present: Richard Baker, Zoning Director
Project 4019: Owner: 80 River Road Properties LLC, Minor Façade Modifications
Steve Sisler presented the application. A photograph of the elevation to be modified was submitted. The second floor will be modified to match the first floor. This involves changing two doors to windows and adding a new door entry.
Mr. Carey moved to recommend approval as submitted and to classify the project as a minor modification. The motion was approved 5-0.
Next Meeting
It was the consensus of the Commission to have a site walk for Project 3550 on June 10, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.

The 5/13/09 minutes were approved as submitted.
