Stowe Historic Preservation Commission TOWN OF STOWE April 25, 2007 Minutes A regular meeting of the Stowe Historic Preservation Commission was held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 in the Akeley Memorial Building starting at approximately 5:15 p.m. Members Presents: Sam Scofield, Chair Barbara Baraw Jean Innamorati Cindy McKechnie Tim Meehan Chris Carey Others Present: Rich Baker, Zoning Administrator; Darrow Mansfield; Jennifer Hezel, Zoning Assistant Application #3385: 996 South Main Street Road, Applicant: Darrow Mansfield Mr. Mansfield presented plans dated 4/12/2007. The plans presented façade changes including: a revised faux door on the west elevation and modifications of the previously approved door, porch roof, and railing on the west elevation. The plans were approved as presented on a motion by Mr. Meehan, seconded by Ms. Baraw. Commission members voted in favor of the plans dated 4/12/2007 unanimously. Minutes The minutes of the April 11, 2007 meeting were approved on a motion by Mr. Meehan, seconded by Ms. Innamorati.
