Demolition of Jackson Arena began on March 25 and today May 29th vertical construction has begun...!
*** On March 6, 2012 the voters approved the bonding of a $6.5 million for the purpose of financing the cost of planning, designing, construction and outfitting a new multi-purpose community events and sports arena.
Construction of the new arena is scheduled for late March 2013 to open in November 2013. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW FACILITY SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR HARRY SHEPARD AT 802 253-8770.
