EXCESS WEIGHT PERMIT APPLICATION

This APPLICATION covers the operations of motor vehicles over local highways and bridges with gross loads over 24,000 lbs. Please use this form for either single or fleet application and return to the Town Manager's Office, PO Box 730, Stowe, VT or fax (802)253-6137.

MAYO FARM FIELDS/JACKSON ARENA

Please use the following forms for rental of the Mayo Farm Events Fields; use of Athletic Fields; and use of Jackson Arena off season. Contact Stowe Recreation if you require further information 253-6138. The Stowe Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for the reservation requests, scheduling and management of the town's athletic and recreational facilities.

SPECIAL EVENTS

If you are considering hosting a special event with 300 or more in attendance, please use the attached Special Event Application. "No circus, carnival, fair, exhibit, menagerie, entertainment, concert or similar activity shall be conducted outdoors or in temporary structures in the Town of Stowe unless a special event permit has been obtained from the Selectboard in accordance with this article. Events with fewer than three hundred (300) participants (including staff, volunteers, attendees, etc.) are not required to obtain a special events permit."
