This form should be used for Special Events where 300 people or more are expected to attend. This form should be used for events not held on Town property.

Special Event Application Form -  Please use this form for events expecting over 300 people in attendance for locations other than town owned property.  Return form to Selectboard Office. 

For events located on town owned property, please use the Mayo Farm Event Field, Athletic Field & Facilities form.  Return form to Recreation Office, David Gale Center.
